I’m John, a Life Coach for Lessons on the Trail.
Lessons on the Trail is a metaphor for lessons learned while traveling the long, wild trail of life. As I reflect back on my own life journey thus far, many insights have now taken the place of shaky self-esteem, self-doubt, obsessions, fears, and uncertainties. Life is so much more joy-filled. I don’t have all the answers, but I’ve discovered real truths that are nourishing me on my own Journey to Progress.
Lessons on the Trail is dedicated to helping you discover your truths and experience real progress in slaying dragons and reaching a better place in life. It can be a game changer in helping you achieve life transformation goals, overcome roadblocks to happiness, or strengthen your overall wellbeing. It starts with picking up that 500 pound phone and shooting me a text or calling me. Let's start with a confidential, no-obligation, free conversation to see if this might be the right next step for you.
I’m in my late 50s and I plan to devote the rest of my life trying to help others just as I’ve been helped on my own journey by many wonderful men and women who genuinely care about people. Counselors, coaches and guides have been, and will remain, a big part of my transformation journey.
While I’ve already had careers in the military and in higher education, I’ve undergone extensive professional training to equip me to serve as your life coach, particularly in the mental and emotional health realms--to include sex addiction, porn addiction, anxiety, and relationship healing.
Lessons on the Trail is very helpful for those wanting immediate ideas, support, accountability, and a lot of encouragement. Lessons on the Trail isn’t a journey to the silver bullet or magic pill. It’s a Journey to Progress which leads to a transforming life. Call, text or email today. Go from "wanting" life change to "doing" life change.
