I'm an eternal optimist who firmly believes "Every Day Is A Second Chance" to become who God designed us to be. Through life's journey, I've learned walking alone makes a trail far more difficult and can keep us lost in dark, confusing valleys. I'm a Coach who is committed to helping you increase your self-esteem, secure new tools, achieve real change, and gain renewed purpose and passion In your life. I have a Masters degree in Addictions Counseling and specialized training in mood (anxiety, depression) and compulsive behavior treatment. I also have a post-graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Grand Canyon University and have completed Level I Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training. I’m a member of the Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC); and I'm a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and member of the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). I'm also member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) as a Board Certified Christian Life Coach and Marriage Mentor.
